“The Greater Erie Alliance for Equality, Inc. (GEAE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the region’s LGBT community and its straight allies through educational programs, social events, and opportunities for service, which are designed to strengthen our voice and improve the quality of life in northwestern Pennsylvania.”
We look forward to continuing to advance our mission to create a safe and welcoming community for all regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity through quality educational programs, service opportunities, and social events with the funds generated from this event. On behalf of the Board of Directors and advisory council, thank you again to our donors and sponsors throughout the year!

GEAE’s Commitment to Erie
Commitment to Service
GEAE’s programs include service to our LGBTQ community and the wider Erie region as we strive for equality. We Give Back to multiple organizations in our region that not only help promote equality but provide a better standard of living for our residents.
Commitment to Education
GEAE has specialized training services for LGBT Competency, Bystander Training, and other business-oriented programs. We can also create a program for needs.
Commitment to Community
GEAE knows that we need to better connect to one another and provide support. Whether it is our Regional GSA for LGBTQ youth, educational events for seniors or networking opportunities with other like-minded organizations, GEAE strives to continue the conversation of equality for all.
