welcoming place for your customers/clients regardless of
their sexual orientation or gender identity.
At Greater Erie Alliance for Equality, we know that becoming an LGBT-competent business is a process, and mistakes are a part of that process. We’re here to help facilitate your growth through competency and sensitivity training for all sizes of businesses. You might be wondering, “why should our business use your services?” Good question. Even in 2017, many LGBT people are victims of discrimination. In addition, LGBT people and allies actively seek out organizations and businesses that they know are LGBT-friendly and competent.
